Terms and Conditions of Use for we1win3

This document is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Member") and we1win3 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "Company"). Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account, including any financial transactions and bets. It is the User's responsibility to ensure their account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.

• Not using automation software, bots or any technical means to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Not engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or illegal activities using the we1win3 platform.
• Not attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the gaming system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Notifying we1win3 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not using a username that contains obscene, discriminatory or inappropriate content.

Breaching any of the above responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances including unclaimed winnings. we1win3 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

The we1win3 welcome bonus gives a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM200 will be credited and you must wager RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before withdrawing those bonus winnings.

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash directly without meeting the wagering requirements.

we1win3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses suffered by Users in connection with the use of this platform. Our total liability to any User is limited to the amount deposited in the thirty days prior to the claim arising.
